We have done business with Belks plumbing on 3 different occasions. This last situation was an emergency water repair. They prioritized accordingly, very responsive and great phone customer service. They are our go-to for all future plumbing jobs. Five star all the way
Had an emergency leak last night. Called 4 stores, Belks was the only one that responded. Not only that but he, Bobby, was here within about an hour and a half. Did a great job, got right to work, and I was very happy with the overall experience. Will definitely use again when needed.
On time and did exactly what was needed. Price was great.
Showed up on Monday when could have skipped. Completed repairs quickly adding extra protection to systems at a bargain price
My appt time was between 12-2. No one showed. Called at 3:30 and running late. Almost 5pm no show, no call. Office now closed. Worst customer service ever, from the office to the no show plumber. Call elsewhere. Showed up at 5:40 and yes we told him to leave. 1 phone call would have solved this problem. 3rd story now we have heard.
