Always very helpful and knowledgeable. Good prices and in Stock for basic needs.
Had high hopes but two visits from a grumpy tech, late each time, and our garage water faucet that was once nicely flush with the light grey garage wall is now rigged into place with a crudely cut piece of wood because the wrong length hose bib was installed. Because of COVID-19 they were out of parts on their first visit (understandable) so had to return two months later but returned with the wrong part. They charge $150 for each visit, which is fair, if they have the parts or bring the correct parts the 2nd time at least. They got it to work but it certainly doesn't look like a professional job and I would have held back this review if they simply had responded to the email I sent them about the quality of work completed. Sending the payment today, but won't use their services again unfortunately.
We've been JP Plumbing customers for 18 years. Paul Larson ran the company impeccably, but Jim and the current staff have lapsed in terms of not returning calls and scheduling appointments promptly. Very disappointed, will look elsewhere for service.
Replaced my hot water heater quickly and efficiently, polite and professional. Emails were responded to very quickly too. Thank you so much JP Plumbing!
Joe and his company have been a true blessing for us. I have a home for my daughter but live out of town. He has repaired many small issues for us and always makes in quick and in a way that works for my daughter. recently we had a major sewer line problem and he took us through the repair and came in right on Bid. Appreciate his professional approach and on time repairs.
