I'm very happy with the level of professionalism at this business. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The ladies in the front as well as the manager are kind, generous, and have gone above and beyond what I would expect from a storage facility. The security is top notch so I get to have peace of mind. I'm impressed with the way they resolve issues with transparency and integrity.

Very clean units and grounds... very nice staff.. my family had had storage there since 2011...

With all the storage units in town the U storage cell storage on Crosby is probably one of the most efficient clean and usable storage facilities in Klamath great attention to functionality times open and always available for questions

Great location, hours 7-7 every day except sundays I wish they were open on sundays but I totally understand.
