Super easy and quick process buying my 2019 Volkswagen Atlas from Candi and Alex. Awesome people! Great experience! Will buy here again. 10/10 recommend going and working with them. Merrick Martius was very helpful showing and explaining all the different options for vehicles in the inventory. He was extremely helpful making sure that the vehicle we would be getting would meet our life needs. His professionalism and honesty was clear from the start. my wife and I have never looked at Subaru's prior to our visit, so naturally we had a lot of questions. When my wife and I are ready to purchase a vehicle, we will be going to see Merrick.

I spent a couple of weeks looking for cars and out of all the dealorships and car lots in town Subaru definitely blows them all away. Extremely friendly people who will work with you to get you what you want!! Best place in town to get a new/used vehicle!! I couldn't be happier with my experience.

I purchased a Subaru in Salem. Upon my return home my tire pressure light came on. I filled my tires with air. A couple days later the light had still not turned off. I read the manual and it said this could mean something more serious is wrong. This concerned me because it mentioned that a tire could basically blow while driving. I have a one year old that I take in my car. I called Klamath Falls Subaru and the lady transferred me to a voicemail. I left a voicemail. I hadn't heard anything so I called back the next day. I asked if I could speak to someone about the light and they transferred me to a voicemail again. I left another voicemail. Still nothing 3 days later. Call again and ask if I can just set up an appointment and the lady saidrsaid she will gomgo talk theto the guy and he will call me back. To this day, no one had ever called me back (that was a month ago). I took my car to Turn Thom and they checked it out the same day, reset it, and assured me my tires were ok. I suggest going elsewhere instead of wasting your time with these bigots that clearly don't understand the concern a mama has of bringing her toddler into her car.
