An association of rental property owners who are only out to help each other. The clean and friendly office maintains daily office hours and is open to both the public and to its members.

This organization is the only place to go with rental issues. They know the current laws, provide you with the proper paperwork (not as were the 22 year old copies of forms provided by our attorney which lost us two back to back cases on the same technicalities) Our attorney's forms were illegal and obsolete, so state the company that supplies them!nnYou can do this on your own with KROA's assistance and save thousand of dollars. KROA is there to help you all the way! We highly recommend you check with KROA first and then decide whether or not you want/need to have an attorney represent your case.nJ 'n D
