I wish I could get text notifications of up coming bids again, for some reason they stopped coming in on September 28, 2020?

Extremely difficult to work with. Could not give me estimates of cost without filling everything out. Don't believe them when they say the military has a 10% discount because it's not on everything and their estimate sheet is nowhere near what costs are actually they are much higher. They do not return your phone calls and they cannot tell you why rules are there. They come up with stories about this building that they've built and then when I questioned them on how long it goes it was there like oh that was probably 15-20 years ago. And then I asked him why they waste their time telling me about that building if we can't even build to the old Construction. Let's just say it was so bad that I end up selling my house and buying another piece of property because they were so difficult to work with. Have talked to other people and they've told me the same thing. I do not recommend them the sad part is there's nothing we can do about it without re-electing better government officials. The sad part is that your union in a state government job so they can literally do nothing and still keep their job. I called and asked why my plans hadn't been reviewed and they said the guy was gone on some family emergency and I said is there someone else I could review my plants and they said no and then I asked why they didn't have backup and then finally they said oh what we found someone we could review but then I call the weak to you later and they never returned my phone call for 3 weeks . I would not recommend this place to anybody I would have put down zero Stars if it was possible because nothing actually got done after 6 months of trying to work with them and spent over $1,000 in permitting fees to get nowhere.
