Klamath Falls DMV

Going to the DMV has never been my favorite past time but the staff at the Klamath Falls office was great. Even with all the Covid restrictions and procedures we were able to make an appointment and get in and get our business done quickly. They were very courteous and professional.

They're friendly and pretty quick, with the new appointment system there is a wait outside (so dress warm in the winter). I had a pleasant experience. New vehicle purchased out of state. Had to get a VIN inspection, registration and new plates. Once inside I was in and out within 30 minutes.

I went there and was seen very close to the time of appointment. I went to get a continuous traveler ID and was supposed to by Uniform Commercial Code was supposed receive the ID free of charge as what was described in the code UCC 9-109. This location did not perform under the UCC requirements even after being presented with the code and to add onto it they denied my right to use the code in my autograph by moving the code present into the picture so it could not be identified. They tampered with my autograph, charged me for a free service, and denied my right to claim in a contract with a state agency. They did not perform there duties of service as it relates to the UCC.

Appts only during covid 19 . daughter had to take driving test people where friendly and was done fairly quickly

Was way better than the one in medford.
