Fort Clatsop Visitor Center

This place was epic! If you’ve read Undaunted Courage this place is super cool to see in real life! The replica of the fort is spot on, and we had a great experience. The Park Rangers were super friendly and helpful. Recommend to anyone passing through on highway 101!

What a great stop. The docents were helpful and very knowledgeable. We have driven by here a hundred times at least and finally decided to stop in. If you are in the area I would recommend a stop. Try and put yourself in the Corps of Discovery's shoes and you will be amazed at their success!!!

Super friendly staff. Nice little interpretive center and gift shop. Replica fort is a step back in time. This is a small park but worth the visit, especially if you are a Lewis and Clark geek like me.

Nice place. Nice information. The park itself is the draw. It's beautiful and the fort is neat.

Though the reenactors were not there(too early in the season) there was lots to see and learn. No crowds since we went on a Monday morning when school was in session. Rangers were friendly and informative
