I love the hours, the price, the building, and the fact it's kept clean. I'm sure there are peak hours, but we've always managed to avoid them. If the washer eats your quarters the manager is prompt to fix it. Thank you!
Last couple times I have come here machines ate my money. Top loaders money sticks in and won’t come back out so ended up having to move clothes to different machine and pay again. Change machine out of quarters so had to go to car wash for change, not a deal breaker and someone did answer the phone when I reported it(number on the wall) . Dryers are awesome, get real hot so takes much less time to dry. Nice to be able to fold your clothes inside the establishment and be inside the business, during CoVid as one Missoula laundromat doesn’t allow that right now which is super inconvenient. Overall a good value for your money with occasional issues to be expected and no attendant present.

Used to be cleaned regularly. Not any more. Generally quiet, though. Machines are fast, so you dont have to spend a lot of time there. Wish they would clean at all, though.
the vending machine for food snacks was broken and when I called the number to report a problem the woman on the phone told me to call the number on the vending machine in handle it myself because they didn't own it. When I ended the call and looked at the vending machine there was no number so it just seems like they don't want to take care of it, they'd rather a customer call their vendor to try and fix it. Makes no sense, especially when there's not even a number on the machine to call. Could use some cleaning, especially during the time of covid.
