The attendant at the exit of the wash who came up to my vehicle to collect the wet rag was extremely rude as he kept rushing through everything he was saying as well as doing. Before we knew it the attendant had slammed my drivers door while I was in the middle of my sentence to him. He then pointed to an area and told me to go ahead and pull over to it so that we could dry off the dash as the passenger side window button was accidentally pressed in the middle of our wash which lead to the water coming into the vehicle. The attendant again opened up my drivers door and asked for the rag yet again after telling me to pull over so we could use just that rag to wipe up the water that had came in through the passenger window. Again my door was abruptly closed on my face because again not only was I saying something to him so was my passenger. I have never had such poor customer service from any workers from Splash nor have I ever been treated so poorly by any of the attendants. I frequent there often as I like the quality of products used the friendliness of all employees up to this point as well as the accommodations they provide. I am utterly speechless

This is the only place I'll take my vehicle to be washed. They're professional and have attention to detail, there has been more than one occasion that the first run through didn't get my vehicle as clean as they'd like, so I was sent back through. I know that my car will be clean every time. The staff is always nice as well.

I went to Splash Car Wash in Hamilton because I had major bug yuck on my car from a long trip. I paid for the premium wash, and when I got to the end the guy told me it wasn’t good enough and to drive around and wash it again. I was so pleased with this attention to a job well done. I recommend these guys to all! Great people!

I got the works after 2 long trips and a month of no washes. I went thru and she asked me to go again if I had time because it wasn't clean enough. Thank you! My car looks excellent! Highly recommended

Great little car wash! You're given a wet cloth to wipe down surfaces, there's a place to vacuum out the car, and you drive up to run through the wash. The guys do a great job of drying all the wet spots. Don't forget to give them a tip!
