I have been in contact with Lacie several times in the last few weeks. We are moving into the valley from out of state and I have had many questions about starting service as well as how to dispose of all our cardboard and moving materials. I have had a couple of interactions with these guys so far, and both times the customer service has been terrific. They have been easy to talk to, work out details, and then execute in a timely manner. Couldn't ask for more.
