Ravalli Family Medicine

I'll give Allisun Jensen 2 stars, because when I first got established with her, I would get a phone call from her assistant checking in on me after being seen by Allisun days before. This same assistant, however, disregarded my wishes as to how and where I get my 3-monthly shots, and, when attempting to draw my blood, on two separate occasions, literally reused the same needle to try poking me in several places! I not only let her know where to NOT attempt to draw blood (I'm a VERY difficult poke), but also showed her where she would be able to draw blood. I had my last appt. with Allisun via 'tele-health' and was thoroughly disappointed. I had finally begun using Convenient Care and the ER rather then attempt dealing with this office, while I searched for a new doctor. I don't recommend this doctor's office 5/5.

I've never left a business review before but feel the need on this one. I went to Dr Brouwer for years and he was great. Somehow over the years I got pawned off to Dr Harder-Brouwer. She never had an answer for anything, and is never in the office if you need a prescription. I told her in my last appointment I was thinking about switching providers so i could get gout medicine when i actually needed it. A year later i make an appointment when i am immobile, and the secretary calls 2 hours before the appointment they already scheduled and tell me Harder-Brouwer doesnt want to see me because I brought up switching providers. It was the most unprofessional situation I have ever dealt with.

These guys are the best in town. Nice, thorough and they care.

When literally no other doctor in the Bitterroot had any availability sooner than 2 months, Ravalli Family Medicine squeezed me in in 4 days.nnShaun is my primary care provider and he is fantastic. He listens. He asks questions. He even reads the forms you fill out. It's so difficult to find a doctor that actually cares and wants to figure out what's going on with your health.nnBonnie (Shaun's MA) is efficient and nice. The front desk is always pleasant and helpful.nnThis is a nice family practice that actually takes the time to care.

If I could give the staff and drs here a zero star i would. Terrible, terrible service!! I have never seen drs that deal with the children the way they do! I have been fighting with them to get my son a referral for a hearing aid THAT HE NEEDS for over a year now and they still claim I never asked and always tell me they see the notes in his folder of needing to make a referral appt but claim it's been over a year since seeing him. You have the notes so why not make a referral? Do not take your kids here. They dont take anything seriously.
