Wild West is both professional and customer oriented. It’s such a pleasure to have a company not only respond to your call but actually follow up, come in a timely matter and speak with you on a level even I can understand. I have the utmost confidence and trust. Two qualities that are a bit rare these days.
Linda was very pleasant and helpful with scheduling Mike to do an annual check up on our furnace. Mike came and was very professional- thorough and efficient. He explained the service and costs involved before he started and then gave recommendations for what may need repair sooner rather then later with an estimate of those repairs also. I am more than satisfied with the work done by Wild West today.
Linda in the office is very helpful and was able to work me in quickly. And Jake was very professional, and explained everything I needed to know about my frozen pipes and my well.nVery good company to work with.
