You should run from this company! They will say whatever they need to to sell you! Even LIE. Which is what happened in my case. Brandon is a liar. I was looking for a lot to put a manufactured home on and it was clairified that was what I needed. He found us a lot that was amazing! Or so it seemed to be. He lied to us saying that we could put a manufactured home on it. Showed an inexperienced young family the covenants and assured us that we could. (I have email proof.) This buisness does not care about your livelihood hence I'm out on the land now and the home. This is why you dont ever trust a realtor. This is why they have a bad name. Anyone would like to see the emails I'll gladly show them as I have them archived. Save yourself the trouble.
