Nick came this time to help us out... On time, clean cut and happy to see us. We just got back from week long vacation to find our septic tank was full!!?? Luckily, option 1 dispatches an excellent team 3 short hours after I called them. All buttoned up by 7:00 for the kids bath time and they even gave me a discount! Love these guys, once again proved themselves worth their weight in gold. Highly recommend

Nick at Option One Plumbing was incredibly helpful and gracious in dealing with our backed up sewer line. After being away for a week, we came home to a backed up shower and bathtub late in the evening on Easter Sunday. Nick showed up promptly and with such a great attitude at 9pm. He worked until midnight and had to come back the next morning. He stayed in touch the entire time, promptly showed on time and continued to work on Monday until the problem was resolved. His customer service, professional demeanor and empathy for our issues were so greatly appreciated. Thanks for taking such great care of us.

The best service ever! Super fast. I called for a repair our faucet was not working well. They arrived within 25 minutes of my call for service. This has never happened before. In our small town high impact area you are lucky if you can even get anyone to call you back to see what you need, two days later. These guys were professional, they put booties on their shoes before entering the house. They had my faucet replaced and the under sink assembly rebuilt within an hour. I will never call anyone else but Option 1.

We have used Michael Harding for several years to maintain our heating system and service our boiler. He is very knowledgeable, always on-time, and provides great service at a very fair price. Highly recommended. His co-worker today Cody was also excellent.

We had an old hot water heater that had begun to leak, so we called Option One Plumbing to take a look at it. Not only were they happy to travel to the Alpine/Star Valley area from Jackson, but Roy was able to do so relatively quickly. It turned out that our hot water heater needed to be replaced, and the old model and size were no longer being made. Option One delivered and installed a new hot water heater, made alterations to the boiler system, made all necessary electrical changes to suit the new model, cleaned up and left us with a working system all within one day. Roy and the other two workers were professional, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions or concerns. We recommend them to others, especially in the Star Valley area.
