City of Shoshone Police Department

I got pulled over and cited for expired tags. The female officer came back to my car with my license and insurance and told me she would need me to drive to the PD because she forgot her ticket book. What kind of police officer goes out patrolling and forgets their ticket book? If any of us don’t provide insurance or registration we are held accountable and get tickets but a police officer can forget a ticket book and tell people to go to the station so they can write them a ticket. That’s very unprofessional if you ask me.

Sargeant Thompson is a devoted hard working police officer who I did a ride along with and it was very enjoyable.
