Spring Creek Ranch

Stayed here for our honeymoon for a week. It’s perfect for couples who are looking to get away and have lots of privacy. The suite we stayed in had a fully stocked kitchen which we were able to cook in a few nights. Private back porch and living room for us to really get comfortable and move right in for the week. We will be back. Thanks for such a great stay.

The campus of the Spring Creek Ranch is composed of several units. I should mention that many of the units on the properly appear to be very well appointed and kept up. My review reflects on where I was assigned.nnThe unit we stayed at for 4 nights was absolutely dreadful. The mattresses in every room were miserably uncomfortable. Springs were very noisy. Could not get a good night's rest. All were more than a decade old. The decor of the unit was badly dated. The plumbing was marginal--for the same vanity, one sink knob on the hot water side turned clockwise, for the adjacent sink was counterclockwise. The shower was similarly dated with a poorly functional nozzle that sprayed erratically. The couch was very uncomfortable, could not watch TV or a movie. The owner of the unit clearly did not want to invest anything in keeping up the place.nnOn a positive note, the staff there is very helpful. The drivers are outstanding. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking, although the food choices are somewhat on the heavy side.nnBut the above is only part of the reason why I am rating this place so low. After leaving, I wrote a detailed letter with the issues above to the general manager. I know it was received by registered mail. I clearly indicated that I was not seeking any material compensation, rather I wanted to inform him of the substandard accommodations. I never received any response by mail or email.nnSo when you stay here, it may be a roll of the dice. For what I paid, was very poor value.

Fantastic hotel! Price was very reasonable for three nights in a suite with a full kitchen. The view was amazing and the drive up was great too! If you've never been to the area I recommend you arrive before the sun sets - both for the view and as the roads are very steep and winding. Staff was very attentive as well.

This was one of the most beautiful and picturesque places that I have ever stayed. The views of the Tetons from the living room and bedroom were breathtakingly beautiful! The grounds were gorgeous. The horseback riding was some of the prettiest anywhere. I gave it four stars because unfortunately it was not spotlessly clean. The floors were dirty and there was food in the chairs at the dining table. Also, the price was very high. However, I would stay here again. The staff was very helpful. You didn't even have to leave the room to enjoy the Tetons. Breakfast in the restaurant had gorgeous views and the breakfast was very good!

My wife and I stayed here this summer and the room was outdated. The bed was not comfortable. The restaurant was closed due to Covid-19; which was fine. The information in the room said that a BBQ was available for guests to use, but the front desk said we could rent a BBQ from them for $15.00. The view was nice. We received a charge on our bank account of $40.00 nearly 5 months after staying here and thought our account number had been stolen. The employee that we talked to was rude and not helpful. Upon speaking with the manager they stated that the charge was a resort fee charge. That they were having problems with their system at the time we stayed there and that was why the charge was delayed. We asked why we weren't notified that they were having issues and did not receive a valid explanation. The manager did not offer any options to resolve the issue. We will not stay here again!
