We really enjoyed our stay here! This seems to be a newer Hampton Inn, decorated with a tasteful, western feel. The staff were very friendly and everything was super clean. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure was great.nnWe were pleasantly surprised to see we had warm food options at breakfast! We thought they had a very nice setup, and it was a nice break from the grab and go bags most places are offering.nnWe would totally stay here again or recommend it to others.
Excellent customer service! Great pillows and comfy hotel room. I recommend this hotel to any fellow tourist and travelers.
Nice hotel. Evening desk clerk is super helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Due to covid, no room cleaning but extra towels, etc are available upon request. Breakfast was adequate too.
The Hampton by Hilton is always clean and safe. When I need to be away from my family for work the staff always makes the difference and the Jackson Hole location is a win in my book!
Rooms are mediocre at best. Small and cramped. Obviously over-priced. Hot water was intermittent. Staff was incredibly unaccommodating. Was kind in their offerings to the Diamond member checking in before us. Offered nothing to us as Honors members. Eggs at breakfast are plastic-like. Wouldn't stay here again.
