Updates are long overdue! Cozy wood fireplace made up for the drafty windows. The floor plans are nice. Just close enough to the base to be a fair location, but far in ski boots. Moose visits often. Views are great. Long walk to the tub and pool. Would stay again, but prefer if was updated and refreshed.

Great service in the Westbank Lounge. It's a little hard to find, but worth it since The Handlebar is usually full. Pricey but to be expected here. Kids menu is great as is local IPA on draft.

After having a terrible experience at a hotel next door and checking out early, we booked a reservation at the Four Seasons instead and absolutely everything and everyone was beyond amazing. The room, the views, the amenities, the food, the room service, the cleanliness and the extra-mile Covid protocols. Shout out to Kelly, who went above-and-beyond to make our stay memorable. We will definitely be back. PS The skiing is unreal.

Beware of valet parking — they will leave your car windows rolled down in an open garage, keys assumedly somewhere in the vehicle. I needed to grab something from my trunk and was able to access it fully without running into anyone from valet — imagine my shock at finding my car in that condition.nnWe stayed in September 2020. Despite the high vacancy rate at the hotel, we were given a room overlooking the driveway entrance. There was a snack platter waiting in the room to welcome us; however, housekeeping never visited our room during the next day. We arrived at 9PM and discovered this, then had to call down and wait for our unit to finally be cleaned. When housekeeping left, the snack platter was still there! A middling, dirty room, full of rancid cheese, and an unsafely handled vehicle was not what we imagined experiencing during a stay of this cost. We will look elsewhere for accommodations during future visits to the Jackson area.

What a perfect place to spend quality time together! Like their website promises “Relax and reminisce around the fireplace with friends and family after an adventure-filled day on the trails”, that’s exactly what we did! What a memory filled & gorgeous vacation.nAnd the food did not disappoint!nThe only downer at this magical place is the fact that l left still sucking at skiing... ud83dude0f
