Build Idaho was an awesome team to buy a home from. We are moving from California and came out in February when they had a snow storm and our Agent Michelle who is awesome only had a car. Her boss Trey offered his Saturday to drive all six of us around in his vehicle that had 4 wheel drive. We spent the day with them and what a good group of people. We actually put a bid on a house and it was accepted the same day. During our escrow period we dealt with Henley and he was amazing as well. At the end of escrow he sent an email reminding us of all the things that need to be taken care of when you buy a house. And to boot there was a nice gift sitting on our counter when we got there. This group was so professional and sincerely nice, we had a great experience!

Michelle Penick and her team were great to work with - always informative, kept us continually up-to-date on our purchase, and coordinated efficiently with the builder. We especially appreciate the guidance we received from Henly Kim on purchasing our home during the pandemic lockdown and getting all the paperwork done remotely.nnWhen I first met Michelle, she really listened to my wants and needs and spent quite a bit of time showing me around the Treasure Valley. Ultimately, she found us a wonderful subdivision and a builder, Tresidio, who built us a home that is just perfect for us. We couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Michelle Penick, Henly Kim and the whole Build Idaho team!

I worked with Michelle Penick who by far is the greatest person in the world. She was on top of everything returned phone calls and text same day. Michelle walked me through the entire process and she knows her profession better then anybody. Thanks so much Michelle love you.

I had a great experience with Michelle and Ashley when buying my home. They took care of everything for us dispute some challenges on our sale, which they weren't a part of. Fantastic experience and I'd recommend them to my closest friends and family.
