I worked with Rachel to purchase a new build home. She was amazing every step of the way. The process took about nine months and that whole time she was on top of everything. When something came up, she was in quick contact with the builder and her persistent, kind communication helped get things done. I felt very comfortable knowing that she was working on our behalf. She made my first time home buying experience so much less stressful. Highly recommend.

Working with Rachel Porter to buy our house was awesome! She was so organized and on top of each step of the process. She happily answered all of our questions, and worked closely with everyone involved to make sure each step went smoothly. It all seemed like such an easy process, and I know that’s because Rachel was behind the scenes making sure it all went well. Juanita was an excellent agent. She was incredibly responsive even after hours and on weekends. When we needed to make a quick offer on a weekend and my bank wasn’t open, she was ready with contacts that made it easy. She always had suggestions and helped point out quality issues with homes we looked at that I might have missed. She is someone you can trust to be on your side and not push you into something more than you can afford.
