Super fun, friendly, and dealing well with the pandemic.
Strict on masks but overall good place to gamble and free drinks come around fast!!
Had a blast down there with my hubby staff was super friendly, room was a standard cheap room 2 beds coffee pot and TV nothing fancy but it doesn't have to be. Hubby and I lost but had more fun playing anyways. Sad they got rid of the avatar game but that's life. Drinks were well poured. Restaurant had decent food nothing to write home for but not terrible. Was a relaxing and fun stay.
Everything was fine until my husband went to make coffee in the morning and he found an open package of coffee with 2 syringes in it. I took it to the front desk and didn't even get a single apology from the awesome supervisor Bobbie Lineberry. She definitely needs some lessons in customer service!!!
This was my first time ever in Jackpot NV. Club 93 staff were all great. They kept the machines clean after people were done using them and they were very friendly saying hello or good luck while we were playing the slots. The only thing I would change is have the drink servers walk around more. I had to leave my slot machines everytime I needed a beer. Then someone else had taken it when I got back. Other than that it was a great night out.
