Fort Running Bear

We used to be members and loved it. We moved to Arizona so a little far to go. Love Maryl and Steve. Loved the trail and pool. We do drop by to say Hi when we are in Idaho.

This out of the way campground is superb, full hook up, beautiful countryside and the most friendly and helpful staff you’re likely to meet. My daughter loved the pool area while I enjoyed how quiet the spot was. The staff here work hard to keep up on maintaining the place, I hope they get some time off because they’re working long days!nnThere’s plenty to do in the area but we visited on our way back to Oregon following a long summer trip and were happy to just kick back. I wish this place was closer to home, I’d be signing up for a membership immediately.

Quiet, friendly place. Green with lots of trees. To get there you have to drive the last few miles over a dirt road but that was no problem with our 34ft fifth wheel. Will definitely go back again.

I have been a member here for 2 years. I Love coming up here with my family. Games, walking paths, and fishing. Club house with pool table and tv. Swimming pool. This place has it all. Absolutely love this place.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the cabin we stayed in! Smelled nice and was not musty. My only complaint was the mattress left a lot to be desired. I would recommend this place to friends and family
