Real Property Management Pocatello

I applied for a property recently with this company and paid 70$ in application fees only for them to then tell me 2 weeks later that they had rented it to someone else. That is fine, as I understand the first come first serve basis, but before I applied I had asked them if anyone else had an application on the property, they told me that they did not have that info, then when I called to ask what happened they said, sorry, there were 22 applications in front of yours.. on a property that was not even available to show yet. I feel scammed, hurt, and lied to. After discussing with them further they did refund my 70$ application fee and apologized. I was very upset at first but then felt okay knowing that they refunded me. I would have been more than happy to rent from them and maybe some day in the future I will be able to.

Did nothing but screwed us over. Our first winter in one of their units, it took them over a month to refill the propane while we froze in the basement apartment. Then after we moved out, the would not give us our deposit back, despite the fact we scrubbed everything down to the base boards. We patched every hole in the apartment 80% of which, were there before we moved in. Then when they tried to charge us extra for cleaning fees, we asked for a receipt of what was cleaned. They never responded, and instead sent us to collections, for twenty freaking dollars.nnSCREW THESE GUYS, do yourself a favor and do business with an honest landlord
