Being our first time having a home built,I can't say enough about how professional and knowledgeable Ryan Satterfield was to work with. Building a house is stressful enough just between husband and wife,Ryan was so patient and easy to get along with that looking back at our experiences I almost wish we could build again just for the satisfaction of seeing such high quality project come to completion . Again Patty and I thank you so much,and also wish to thank the subcontractors also for their professionalism.

Had a great experience with Satterfield. Helped us design and complete a beautiful custom home. Very helpful thinking outside the box. My wife and I love our home and would use Satterfield again. Ryan helped us sell our home as well, and did many small but helpful things he did not have to do like replace a back of a theater chair, provide a new outlet. He was a pleasure to work with.

We had purchased a home this last year with Ryan. The home is very quality built with a lot of attention to detail, and was finished weeks ahead of schedule. We’ve enjoyed our beautiful home for a few months now and the neighborhood is full of super awesome people. I would highly recommend purchasing a home through Satterfield Realty and Development.
