We have had the opportunity to work with Billy on a number of properties including purchasing commercial real estate, selling an unimproved lot, and finding occupants for a current lease obligation. We have played the part of buyer, seller, and lease owner on these properties and from all of these perspectives I believe we have a depth of understanding of his abilities as an agent and advocate for his clients.nnBilly has a thorough understanding of how this business works, what direction the market is headed, and how to navigate the maze of obstacles that often come up in real estate. We have always felt that we had a knowledgeable intelligent and trustworthy professional on our side. I just felt so strongly to share my experience with working along side with Billy Satterfield. It was an amazing experience. He is a defender of truth and a great man of integrity. That is hard to find these days. I love how dedicated he is and makes the time to help you from start to finish. It is also honorable how he partnered with his father Steve Satterfield and they seem between the two of them to always be there when you need them. They are professional in ever way and are just a great family. I will never forget my experience with working with these two great men. Thank you for all you did for me and my family.

This was the second time I used Billy as a real estate agent to buy and sell homes. Billy is responsive and knowledgeable about the process and he was invaluable during negotiations. I always felt Billy had my family's best interest in mind. I would happily hire Billy again if looking for a new home. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.
