I have had a disastrous experience that is too complicated to detail here. The short of it is they installed a heater in my garage apartment last spring (it took forever) and then it started malfunctioning this winter. Eventually, it started leaking gas and almost killed my tenants. They could not figure out what was wrong with it and in the end insisted that my tenants were lying - it looked fine to them. I am now in litigation with them. Awful, horrible experience. I wish I had read reviews before I called them. DON'T call them!!

I have been using D&S for more than 15 years. Great technicians, prompt service and fair pricing.

I've been calling these guys for over a month, and have not been able to get them to finish the simple job that they started. All I need is the proper fuses installed in my heating unit. Somehow they're unable or unwilling to complete this basic task.
