Mitch arrived and went right to work. Carpets looked great and he took the time to move additional items. Worked with the office on billing and they were on task. Overall great experience, I recommend their business.
I have used White Cloud for over 30 years, in 4 residences here in Ketchum and Sun Valley. They picked up 5 hand knotted rugs and had them back and looking new within less than a week. Friendly and thorough - they did a great job!
Great experience using White Cloud. They cleaned my really dirty carpet (had 2 dogs) and they also cleaned my rock chimney to get rid of years of grime. Very happy with them. :)
Came to update my review. The first time they came it seemed rushed and didn’t come out well, but they were super fast to call me and offer to make amends if they could. Everything came out a lot better the second time and the gentleman that came wanted to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend them based on their willingness to make sure you are happy with the job and to try again if you aren’t. A lot of companies these days don’t take that time for their customers so it was very refreshing that they did. Thank you!
