Zach cleaned our carpets and couches and I am so extremely happy with the results. He did a fantastic job. He was also super friendly and patient while answering all of my menial questions! I will never use anyone but him for out carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.
Zach has not only taken care of a flood for us but also cleaned for us multiple times. His professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. He really takes the time to assure he gets the best quality results. I’ve had other companies in the past that seemed rushed to get to the next job. 208 always takes their time. Zach always says if you’re not happy I’m not happy and it shows. He always calls or texts a few days after any service to assure everything is top notch. You won’t be disappointed with this company ever. I highly recommend.
Zach did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets multiple times. He also was quick, and came at 11pm one night because of a huge rainstorm that flooded a room in our basement! He pulled all the water out and then left big blowers to dry it all out. The carpet looks and smells like it’s new with no damage because of his quick response and quality of his work! Zach does an amazing job every time we called!
Zach was so great to work with. Our carpets still feel so soft and wonderful!
Zach has cleaned the carpets at the shop multiple times, always returning them to as good as 24 year old carpet could ever look!nnHe was also quick to respond and did an excellent job when we had a leak. He continues to check on things and make sure everything is progressing as it should. Always professional. Would highly recommend using 208 Flood.
