Best Western Pocatello Inn

Descent place to stay, the people around you mostly mind their own business. But renting a room for a night WILL cost you a pretty penny, but the rooms themselves are well fitted for anyone. The hot-tub and swimming pool were pretty nice, but the gym is considerably small and cold when I last went. The front end service was quite nice though when I locked myself out and got me in without any problems.nnEdit: few other note for other people, parking can be very crammed and I would suggest parking in the lower lot so you're not doing a 3-5 point U-turn. The pool and hot-tub will be busy with tons of kids until later at night, but, I did go there on the weekend so it may be less busy during the weekdays.

They aren’t letting locals or Blackfoot locals check in at this time due to people damaging their property....come on people! Treat this place better then you would treat your own house!! I love this hotel and it disappoints me that I might not be able to come back here because some people who are supposed to be adults act like teenagers!nnThis place is rustic, beautiful and clean, the pool always looks so inviting and well cleaned, their staff always up front and super friendly. I truly hope someday best western will allow locals to come stay again because I don’t want to go to any other hotel then here.

Fast check in, good location. Always stay here when I come to Pocatello. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. I accidentally left some items in my room when I checked out and didn't realize it till hours later when I got to my destination. I called, and the young man at the desk contacted house keeping, and within 5 minutes the items were at the front desk for my son to pick up for me. . Thanks again for the great service.

Me and my boyfriend stayed for a night and the employees were great. BIG shout out to Brittany in the Aura Lounge. She was super friendly and helpful, and had the best recommendations and conversation. Honestly made our stay so much better, she was just delightful.

While the room was decently comfortable and clean, the entire hotel had a very outdated appearance and you could definitely see its age. The windows in all 3 rooms i saw had no weather stripping, which resulted in my room being especially cold, despite the heat being full blast all night. The breakfast is decent, and i enjoyed the hot tub in the pool area. However, with all of this in account, i would not stay here again.
