Motel is fairly quiet considering it’s on the main road. Room had a lot of minor damage to walls and furniture. There are only a couple usable outlets in the entire room, had to move mattress and box springs to get at one closest to bed. They were renovating rooms so I had to park away from the room I was staying in, I was working nights and was awoken several times by contractors, and they shut the water off during the day so I had to wait for that to be turned back on. None of the staff, including housekeeping, wore face masks yet they are selling hand sanitizer at front desk which is ironic.

Our stay was absolutely the best. Excellent service. Exactly what we were looking for in a small town. Close to where we were going to, Sunrise Ski Resort. The food at every restaurant was amazing. The staff was verynHelpful and polite. We stay in suite that had a walk in shower, kitchen, desk area, a make up area for my wife. Lovely place. Highly recommend. Thanks Reeds !!!

The new management is terrible. as a group we have fully booked the hotel for 7+ years. Months before our arrival they demanded payment in full. And doubled the price agreed to the year prior. Seek other place to stay they dont need your business

Was a very pleasant experience.nJosh was very helpful upon arrival.nAs I was traveling with my elderly mother we were placed in a handicap accommodated room.nThe shower was easy for my mother to use, they even provided a handicap style chair she could use in the bathroom to get ready.nThe room was clean the area was quiet. Would have no problem staying there again next time we passed through springerville.
