Shawnah is amazing! Her knowledge of the area is amazing, and her attention to detail during house showings is great. She could tell if there were major issues and was able to help me potential in homes that needed some TLC. I finally chose to build a new home, which wasn't actually something I thought was an option, but she convinced the builder to design something within my price range. She is backed by a great team, especially Shelby, her coordinator, I'd recommend her and Shelby without hesitation.

She was very professional and honest in helping to get our property ready to list. After we listed the property she hustled and had was able to secure many offers. We had challenges with the HOA President and Shawna worked out all the problems with her. I highly recommend her and her company, they were the best!
