The gentleman that manages the place was really kind to us and went out of his way to make sure they could accommodate us after we extended our stay. Also at $25 a night for full hookups and 30a service I dont know a better deal anywhere. Would recommend!
If you like resort-like campgrounds, you will not be happy here. It was a good base camp for us to explore Death Valley National Park. The manager, TJ, does an amazing job of keeping everything well-maintained. The town is sketchy. JJ’s barbecue was excellent food. The visitor center was very helpful. There is a nearby Denny’s and Subway within the casino. Bathrooms were clean. Burros frequent the campground at night.nClean laundry facility, reasonable.
Grate RV park. Full hook-ups, 30 Amp. Friendly owner. Recommend to reserve before visiting.
Clean and quiet. Good water pressure. Sites are on the smaller side. TJ in the office was friendly and helpful. Town of Beatty has all services and is super close to death valley!
We only stayed here one night while passing through headed home. The owner is SUPER friendly. The market was closed when we were there (Sunday), but looked pretty well stocked and there's 2 gas stations in waking distance. Full hookups. Propane. Very reasonably priced! Coffee in the morning! We were leaving before the store opened, but the owner still offered to make the coffee earlier if we wanted. That's some awesome customer service! Clean bathrooms! Honestly, after camping for days, I didn't expect much from the bathrooms, but I was surprised! They are clean, and a decent sized too. Yeah, water pressure is lower, but a hot shower in a human sized shower was the BEST. Plus, it's clean! They do have wifi too! If you are spending time in Beatty, or just looking for a clean place to hookup and spend a night, definitely stop here!
