I have excellent credentials and have called several times and always leave a message and no one calls or emails me. I heard it is loaded with drug addicts.

I rented an apartment at low cost over the past two years, for the one or two nights a week I needed to be in Tonopah for work. Management was fair, gave me a good deal, and did return my deposit. Pros and cons: My apartment was basic but functional, roomy and surprisingly quiet. No cell service or internet access, due to its location in the building. Neighbors seemed nice; my only negative incident was when someone broke a bottle against my door. The place appears creepier than it is. The yard is gravel and trash. They're gradually refurbishing but from the outside it still appears abandoned, with some buildings in the process of disintegrating or being dismantled. Management has a high turnover rate and is hard to reach, often out of office and phone range. I needed a simple repair for months and got only promises until the owner overheard me ask again, and immediately did it himself. In sum: not bad, if your budget and expectations are low.

Id give a negative 5 star if i could. Do not trust these people when they owe you money. Im still waiting on my 200$ deposite. I call constantly and they dont return voicemail. I was a very good tenate to them and cleaned my apartment. Supposed to mail my deposite to me, i guess im the fool for trusting people.

No one was in the office at 1:45pm and the place was in ruins. I would only recommend that place if you are hiding from the authorities.
