Horrible customer service, operator argues with you about reporting potential crime & seems to be the judge if she will send a deputy out or not, she also seems to be a “law expert” and remotely assessed criminal situations & seems to avoid sending a deputy out. I have been treated extremely disrespectful three different occasions & this department or location needs to be brought to light for there extremely rude & disrespectful dispatch operators. This is ridiculous they make you fee like the criminal

The Love's in West Albuquerque was very rude to me this morning after I spent my money... but the officers who showed up were very kind and professional, and even gave me a ride across the city. God bless all of you. And a special thanks to officer Anthony number 272 have a safe watch and God bless you all....

They took my son to their station on suspicion of dui gave him the whole road test and my son told them he had smoked weed 1 to 2 hrs before driving yet they took him so much for honesty, had my car towed no courtesy call, since my son passed their stupid road test they drew blood took his licence and let him go, the deputy called I tried to explain my living on fixed income and raising 3 adopted girls and if he could help get the car back but he didn't care then he had the nerve to ask how I would feel if he my son would of killed someone of course I didn't think he was impaired but I should of said probably the same way one of your officers feels when they kill someone that really didn't need to die
