I bought 2 heating/AC units, spending thousands of dollars. Within the first 2 tears, I have had to call them out 3 times, once for an error they made at installation, and twice for failed components. Each time, I had to make multiple calls and basically harass them to get service. ThIs last time, the technician just kept making excuses and never showed up when he said he would to replace a thermostat. I guess once he had his commission from the units, follow up wasn’t important to him. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional.

He came out once, discovered that I needed to get the water company to turn it on, then after they did he never returned a phone call in 3 days of calling. So I called someone else.

In the past they would rarely show when called. Now they don't show up at all. They just quoted me $350 to make a $75 sheet metal transition. Don't use these guys.

Called for a week before anyone called back. Technician came out to diagnose HVAC problem, said he would get a quote they next morning. A week later finally have a quote, said I wanted to start work the next day, have not heard back in a week. They don't answer their phone, they don't return calls. Had to use TLC in Albuquerque.

Called about my old water heater cracking; got here within 20 minutes of call, made sure to shut off anything that could have ended up being a midnight emergency and showed me what to do if anything happened.nShowed up the next day and installed a brand new water heater and necessary piping, fitting, and valves in less than 3 hours! Very impressive!
