Akin Laundromat

I was actually very disappointed! I walked in and it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Everything was dingy due to the heavy haze of smoke coming from the office. I don't normally write reviews, but in this case I had driven 25min to end up having to drive another laundromat in Moriarty. I was only inside Akin for a minute and my husband could smell the cigarette ud83dudeac smoke on my clothes.

I'm a local resident and so thankful this Laundromat is here! It's convenient, inexpensive and the dryers will dry a mix of towels & whites for .50 cents! Quiet and plenty of magazines & books to read.❤

I live locally and use this facility. Owner has older Speed Queen driers, that are better than the new ones. 3 quarters and you KNOW your clothes will be dry. Other laundromats with spanking new driers need 4 and 5 quarters.
