NEVER OPEN! I got here this morning at 8:50. hours posted say “7am to 6pm”. I’ve gone here 4 times during posted hours in the past month and only got in once. Alterations were requested- was going to be called with an estimate. Never got called. Went to pick up on the pick up date, items weren’t ready. Came back to pick up a week later, was told the appropriate material was “on back order” and that they just stuck whatever on there (which was actually fine for us but may not be for others). Zero communication, failure to be open during posted hours. Extremely frustrating.

The first time I came here was wonderful, but that all changed today. Dropped off a short sleeve button-up shirt with slacks on Monday. They told me it should be ready by Wednesday. Wednesday came and went and now it’s Thursday. It’s still not ready. I made it very clear that I needed the drop-off ready before Friday. They asked when I needed it and I said I would love it if they had it ready by Wednesday and they said it wouldn’t be a problem. After calling a few times and not sure what’s going on or even where my cleaning order is, I’m ready to never come back here again. Service is not worth it, especially if you need a quick turnaround. After waiting for over 15 mins and telling them I’m not leaving until I get it back I finally have my order in my hands. Not satisfied, not happy at all, poor service, poor turnaround and I’m not coming back. No stars.

I’d give them 5 stars if they were open when they said they were. Seeing as I drive over an hour to get there I’m disappointed to find the place closed as a tomb on Saturday inexplicably. Last time I went shopping and came back and they were just late this time the place was not opening for me or the 7 other people outside. We left notes. I’ll get my clothes and find a place locally, same with my wife and two kids. Shame we 4 can’t pay them to take our business we really like the place when we can catch them open.

Amazing quality and even better people skills Mrs. Beverly was smiling ear to ear the first time I went in and again when I came to pick up. I highly recommend she has very fast turn around time too!! Drop off on Monday morning if you can...
