I’m a little late with this review but I loved visiting this place. I remember the guy at the desk was soo kind to me. They were about to close but he let me in last minute and still took the time to explain everything to me. Cute little gift shop inside and would love to return someday.

Happened upon this beautiful center by chance, and SO glad we did. If you appreciate Native culture and art, this place and it's native curators will touch your heart. We met Polly, who is an artist herself, and who is also related to two of the other featured artists. Amazing, gorgeous work. So enriched by this experience. So much gratitude!

Intimate. Fun exhibit that both children and adults love. Great jewelry & pottery for purchase. Small museum so good for people with mobility issues.

So interesting. We probably need more time here I will definitely visit again in the future when we get to New Mexico again. If you're local and have never seen it you must put this on your to-do list. If you're planning a trip and you've never been here it is worth all the time you spend here.

Started Indigenous Day holiday weekend, viewing and celebrating the return of 100 sacred burial items to Northern New Mexico pueblos from the Smithsonian Institution. Dances, food, art displays, and Celebrations with Native brothers- always great at the Poeh!
