Homewood Suites by Hilton Santa Fe-North

I am only giving this a one because of the horrible service that I was given when I arrived. I was given a studio room and when I went to explain that I could not go up the stairs and that it was a smaller room than the one bedroom I paid extra for the lady was horribly rude. I explained that the smell of the studio also did not smell fresh and due to this situation, I would not be staying there. After already placing my card for the room, the front office agent threatened me that if I do not leave they would call the cops. I was able to have Hilton refund me for the room. It was shocking as I was not belligerent only frustrated with the location of the room and the size that I was given. I had confirmed with the reservation team that I would be in a room on the first floor or in a building with the elevator. She explained that the hotel was sold out for the night and this was the only room left.nAfter explaining that I cannot accept the accommodations and I will not be staying at the hotel the agent told me that if I don't leave right now she will call the authorities. Unbelievable! I left shaken with my Service Dog also feeling threatened. We found a great spot at the Courtyard in Santa Fe that was very enjoyable for me and my Service Dog.

Good spot to rest when you have a family. We used the kitchen to cook some meals. Bare minimum for kitchen utensils. We didn’t ask for more, so don’t know if that’s available. We had our camping gear and used our utensils and plates. Covid procedures in place. Room was clean and great natural light. Was able to open the windows for that cool breeze. Property was kept up and very clean. There is a hiking trail behind the casino hotel next door we used too.

Amazing place to visit Santa Fe or Los Alamos. Is located just in between those two places and the driving is not far to anywhere.nMy room was just perfectly located close to a back door and that was super comfortable.nI didn't get the chance to visit the casinos (because of Covid) but they're all really close.

Best hotel! Clean! Great service! Excellent staff! We felt at home, peaceful, great amenities, slept like babies. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Santa Fe. Highly recommend El Parasol for authentic Mexican food nearby.

We chose a suite not connected to the main building that was two stories, massive like an apartment. Great views from the patio off the upstairs bedroom & massive awesome bathroom! The coffee was not good. My only complaint: They should update to a Keurig.
