Hotel At Cities of Gold

Hotel is very nice. Great place to stay. Casino they need to fix their machines. Most touch screens don't work

Detached from casino that was 1st turn off for me as I booked on expedia so u have to walk a distance. Also room was dirty there was a nail filer on table that was old and so nasty also there was a baby bottle that was dirty in the room. Hair on bathroom only good thing was bfast burrito in the morning as part of the bfast included..

If I could rate 0 stars I would. They didn't let me stay at their hotel because my ID didn't match the credit card but I had the other person with their ID that matched the credit card there. They didn't let me get the room after I drove 5 hours there. Ridiculous and unprofessional broads at the front desk. Brenda on the phone is extremely rude as well. Don't book here. Ghetto hotel.

Disappointing would be an understatement.nRoom had stains in multiple places on the bed cover, chair and cigarette burns not to mention the broken tiles in bathroom chipping paint on window. my husband and I checked out straight away.

Always a nice play to stay if I have to work the weekend, just a 15 min drive to work.
