So grateful for these guys. My boiler's side arm was about to blow and they were able to fit me in for a replacement. Would have flooded the house if they didn't get there in time. So glad they were able to get me in for an emergency appointment.
If you can find anyone else in the valley to use - USE ANYONE ELSE!!!nnCharged us $400 to fix a leak on our heater and it was still leaking the next day. Called them to come back to fix the leak and then we were sent a bill for $600.nnDefinitely go with another company!nn*** In response to the owner. Additional service was not requested. We only wanted the issue resolved that should have been resolved on the initial visit. The ideal move from my point of view would be to only charge the initial amount requested from the first visit. That would be the most appropriate way to resolve the issue and I would not have left a negative review. The additional charge for a service that should have been completed on the first visit is unfair and I stand by my review so that other people seeking service do not have the same experience.
So grateful for the Alpha crew! Their technicians are very knowledgeable and the office is very helpful!
They are very busy because there just are not enough plumbers in our valley. They may take some time to get here but when they do they’re exceptional and very good people
I called Alpha on a weekend because I was having problems with my heating system. They were able to come up on the weekend and Fred was able to get my heat back on. They're super professional, friendly and I was happy to get my house warm again! Thanks Alpha!
