Wonderfully kind and helpful lady was staffing the museum. Lots of local history in great detail with plenty of exhibits. Some exhibits are even interactive!
Great combination of old and new! This small museum offers a pleasant balance between permanent exhibits and rotating ones. Most exhibits are local history, but rotating exhibits current art and culture.
About as good as could be expected for a small town museum; was free admission due to an art event (local artists' works on display with a hefty dose of advertising for business), and there were some neat exhibits of a variety of themes (pioneer, military, academic, etc.) From the area's history.nnWorth stopping in for a few if you're in the area.
This place is a gem! Worth stopping by. Staff is great and history is really interesting.
