AWESOME MANAGEMENT! THEY ARE VERY PROMPT TO COME FIX THINGS WHEN ASKED, AND IF THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO COME QUICK, THEY KEEP GREAT COMMUNICATION UNTIL THEY CAN COME BY. THEY DON'T MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU'RE A BOTHER WHEN YOU HAVE PROBLEMS OR QUESTIONS. ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND VERY KIND! THANK YOU!

RUN DON’T WALK. If you have any other choice in property management, avoid Choice Property Management like the blight on Western Colorado that it is. I rented from Choice Properties for 20 miserable months. A property located on Roger’s Mesa which includes a pasture and debilitated greenhouse. I hated every transaction and dreaded every single interaction.nnBoth people in the office (it’s impossible to determine who is running this business) are a special kind of rude/ haughty and difficult to deal with.nnExpect to receive text messages about your yard maintenance, your guests and the condition of your carbon monoxide monitors.nnThe property itself was a disaster: awful smell (cat urine in the vents- ‘oh yah, we’ve heard that’), actual garbage (prior occupants) left indefinitely on the property, shared utility systems with an on-property Mother-in-Law type unit- impossible to verify without any outside/ 3rd party source. Lights left on in a locked outbuilding for the duration of the 20 months- despite repeated requests that they be shut off— BUT WAIT! THERE’S MORE!nnMaintenance requests were ignored/ handled inappropriately. ‘The handyman’/ a pal of the managers: do not engage in conversation with this man, you’ll wish you had your three hours back.nnIt’s hard to tell if the people running this company live nearby or have some sort of spy network in operation- in either case- do expect a certain amount of omnipotent paranoia during your text message conversations thanks to creepy observations noted during each (far too frequent) exchange.nnOh, and the yard/ field? Don’t expect water ( the neighbor has some sort of agreement worked out and controls all of the water on both properties), but do expect to spend 4-6 hours mowing without compensation.nnThis company is a joke. There is so much room for improvement on the western slope. And thank god it’s coming. Oh! **Did I mention that all communication will be stamped in God Bless This Mess type propaganda? Because it will.nnI expect my $114/ $1000 deposit back any day now, and I intend to spend it celebrating my final release from Choice Properties! Cheers friends! Happy renting!
