Hyde Mechanical LLC. was working on the property next door to my home. They failed to put the lid back on the ground main and my mom fell in. It left her ankle cut up and a huge knot and bruise on her leg. The man that came out to put the lid back on was extremely rude and made it seem like it was her fault because they had only left it off for 15 minutes. So had it been a child that was hurt it would have been fine because it was only off for 15 minutes.
Good experience. On time, very professional, price was exactly as quoted (which was way less than any other quote I received).
