Parts were damaged while servicing my heating system and they charged me the parts and labor to replace it! Who does that? I think parts were replaced that I did not need but because I could not get a written estimate, after asking multiple times, it can't be proved. Then, I looked online to find I was charged double, or more, the retail on all the parts used, a Watts EX30 expansion tank at Home Depot is under $40 off the shelf, I was charged $98.72 and on top of it I had to pay taxes based on their mark up! All in all I was very disappointed with our business transaction and cannot in good conscience recommend using them.

Came to do an estimate. 3 weeks no call, I called them and they said they wouldn't be able to get to me. Have a feeling the job was to complicated for them and they could not be upfront about that and instead used excuse of being busy. Would not call again.
