The worst experience I have had with any manufacturer / supplier in years, possibly ever. It's hard to believe that they still have a website up, because this is not a functioning company. I tried for 3 months to get them to give me a quote for a very basic tension fabric structure. Nothing extraordinary and to make it easy I typed up a very thorough spec for exactly what I wanted. All the details and options specified. Over a period of months I went through 4 different people, none of whom could ever give me a complete proposal. I wasted countless hours on emails, phone calls, messages - horrible / non-existant communication.nnI had purchased a Weatherport many years ago, toured the factory and been impressed. I had a good experience and recommended Weatherport to others. Their factory and sales office are close to me and I like to support local manufacturing. This time around it could not have been worse. Total fail. I had money in hand ready to place the order but in the end I just couldn't risk handing over tens of thousands of dollars to a company that could not perform the most basic functions of what is supposedly their core business.nnI don't usually take the time to write a bad review of someone but in this case I feel like I gave them endless opportunities to do business with me and they could never get it together. Hoping that my review today will save someone else the wasted time and effort that I will never get back.

I agree, worst customer service ever. I purchases a large building 13 years ago when they were a family company. Great service then and price, now that they are owned by another group, their service is horrible. I do mean horrible.nnCost of cover only (+ installation) to replace is $1,000 more than the entire new building 13 years ago.nnFirst attempt to get the cover replaced, it was made wrong. They charged my credit card for the entire amount 4 days before the 1st installation was supposed to happen. Second attempt tomorrow (a month later and no call to confirm they are coming out). We'll see.nnAlso, having to pay prior to installation is BS.

Buyer Beware do not use this company! Worst customer service ever. First off I paid 3 times what a traditional yurt costs just to have it engineered for my area and now after spending 4 days of my time to have it delivered without success they are willing to have me pay over to have it reshaped at my cost for a 21000 dollar building. Over 120 dollar storage fee. Worst customer service ever now I have to contact an attorney to have a refund issued to me.
