The Classical Academies is a truly special place. So much of what happens at TCA schools is intentional and what is best for the kids. The kids here LOVE to learn and are excited about hands-on experiences. They are respectful and work well with one another. These schools have parental involvement and community that is unlike anywhere else. At TCA Vista, there are monthly events called Dads & Donuts or Moms & Muffins. These events encourage parents and kids to connect with each other and with other homeschooling families at our school. These events also help make coming to school fun! We also have an assembly in the gym every morning where all the classes meet for morning announcements and weekly student awards. Often students perform a talent (such as singing, dancing, or acting) during this time to showcase a new skill they have learned at school. Morning assembly is another great community time for the school that happens every day. Middle school students are typically the ones reading the announcements and describing the awards. This promotes leadership and shows the younger students positive role models. There are many clubs and extracurricular opportunities here too. Students have other chances too to be real leaders in the school. For example, the ASB (student government) has started a snack drive for students who did not bring enough food, held their first Father Daughter dance, and raised money to support teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week. TCA Vista is overall an amazing school for helping kids reach their full potential. It is a positive, welcoming, encouraging atmosphere. Everyone on staff really cares about kids and families. The teachers are exceptional here. Highly recommend any Classical Academy school!

I really like this soooooooooooooooo much because me and my sister go to this school and I have the best friends ever. The teachers are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo funny and the kids too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
