From the moment you walk in, you will notice that this place just smells and looks clean. I also noticed that the entire facility is it secure looking. This means they have locks on all the fences and key card or password access for the front doors. They have cameras, that allow you to login through a website, and watch your child throughout the day. It is a nice thing for first-time parents to be able to check in and see how their child is doing. All of the staff members are very friendly. From the moment we toured the facility I was eager to put my child here.

Our son is in the toddler class and we love it. The teachers are loving and Ms. Mahsa is fantastic as a director. I plan to keep our son there until he ages out. Tuition does not include meals, but they do allow you to order lunches for a fee and snacks are provided. Full time with day care is from 7am to 6pm so there is enough time to get to and from work. Flexible part time scheduling and summer flexibility (only pay for the weeks you attend) made this school our top choice and I have never regretted the decision to attend.

Kids Town Montessori School (KTMS) came highly recommended to us by a friend. I had researched many schools in the area (Carlsbad to Encinitas) and found KTMS to be the best by far. My child went to KTMS for over 3 years and I have only the best things to say about this school.nnThe teachers and staff are truly loving, caring and nurturing. Many of them have been with the school for years and their commitment to the children’s well-being is evident in everything they do. The school’s facilities and playgrounds are clean and exceptionally well-kept. Children learn through hands-on doing. I love how the curriculum includes practical life skills. Reading, writing, Math and Sciences are taught through conceptual learning. Multiplication and division concepts are taught as early as 4-5 years of age depending on the child. The teachers truly cared about an all-rounded development of the child teaching respect of self and others.nnWe love Kids Town Montessori!
