She did an excellent job of helping me to understand what I needed to have done, and the best options to complete it. She was very honest and knew her stuff. She notices a new issue (cracked commode) and helped me through that as well. Reasonably priced.

I called in a panic as a random irrigation pipe in my backyard split and burst, Katie promptly calmed me down and walked me through turning off the water, identifying the irrigation connections, and over the phone and pictures via text, helped me quickly patch the situation before referring me to an irrigation expert.nnShe was calm and patient and helped me get things under control quick. Huge thanks from a new antsy homeowner!
